Meet the President

Rhonda Hunter, President of Mploy, Inc., has been involved in the staffing industry since 1994. She began her staffing career with Kforce, a national staffing firm. Ms. Hunter was a Silver and Gold Award Level producer at Kforce and left as Director of Staffing in Ft. Lauderdale.

She then became a Managing Director and co-owner of Davron Solutions in Tampa before becoming a Managing Director and co-owner of Davron Staffing. Ms. Hunter served on the Board of Directors for Davron Staffing for 10 years prior to opening Mploy, Inc., a professional staffing firm in Tampa, Florida.

Ms. Hunter received her Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She is a volunteer for Junior Achievement and resides in Lutz, FL.
